Ordered on Sat and received on the Wednesday, extremely well packaged!! Absolutely delighted with the build quality and very easy to set up. First picture was amazing, set up at my work which is an old folks home and they absolutely love it! Do you also supply extra sand just in case it’s knocked over? If so how much?

Exceptional customer service! Long story short, I damaged a part of a friend's Oasis Mini. Instead of purchasing an entirely new unit, I contacted the support team to see if we can resolve it regarding just the one part I broke. They responded within a day, and resolved it smoothly right away. Their demeanor and resolution were both pleasant. I tried the Oasis Mini at this friend's house as well, and it's cool!

Bought for my wife for Christmas she described it as a gadget for me to use not her that all changed when she began to set it up. Now she thinks it’s the best thing since sliced bread very therapeutic and calming and I get a running commentary on what stage the drawing is at, truly the best thing I’ve bought her

great item very calm and relaxing machince love the way it starts the pictures and move around the board if you love gadgets you love this

I love it so much. I wish you could make your own designs more easily. Website says you can make them in the App but there is no way. It would be good if you could use an image and let the app convert it to be used. Just a thought. Apart from that it’s amazing

I previously reported that the app would not completely download,so I could not use my new Oasis Mini. I tried again today and the app downloaded and updated. The Oasis Mini is now working beautifully and making all sorts of patterns. It is relaxing and I am thoroughly enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!

Received oasis mini as a present for Christmas. My wife ordered on 13th December and delivered a few days later. Currently making a santa picture. Easy to set up. Looks and feels like a great quality product. App works well. Very happy
