Great item received . I initially made a mistake with my address and the item got lost in delivery. I sent an E mail asking for advice on whether anything could be done , I wasnt hopeful as it was my mistake and the item had been delivered somewhere just not to me ! I had immediate response and received a replacement in days ! Followed by a courtesy e mail to see if there was anything else I needed support with . Great service and the product is wonderful, Thank you

My device suddenly stopped responding and, when I shared the error code displayed in the app, customer service was very quick to respond and immediately diagnosed the problem. They offered to send a replacement device and it arrived in just a few days. Couldn’t ask for a better customer experience!

Absolutely love it. Have been waiting for it to be available in the UK for a long time, definitely worth the wait. Delivery was very quick and extremely well packaged. Watching the little ball barring roll around in the sand creating the pictures is mesmerising and a great way to release stress, downside you can get lost watching it and before you know it you've lost an hour or so. Hoping the table becomes available in the UK because that will be me next purchase.

I purchased my Oasis mini 15 months ago and have truly enjoyed it. I recently ran into trouble with the ball no longer tracking to create designs. I reached out to grounded labs for help, and was so pleased that the immediate response addressed my problem. Within the week, I received a replacement Oasis Mini. They honored their two year warranty without any hassle. It was outstanding support.
