I ordered the shaver and my card was immediately charged. I have requested information regarding shipping date, etc. The AI generated responses are pure scam. I have been advised that they have inventory issues and have no product to ship. I requested they cancel my order and refund my money. Almost immediately I received an email paying they couldn’t cancel since the order had shipped. Requested the tracking number and was told there was none since nothing has shipped. I have sent 4 emails cancelling my order and they respond by asking if zi want to cancel,UNBELIEVABLE Scam company with no customer service phone number. STAY AWAY

DON'T PURCHASE SCAM! Ihave cancelled my subscription many times and they still keep taking money off my card. A constant problem with their customer service email. There is no phone number to reach anyone.

I bought a Groomie a little over a year ago. For the first 5 months, it worked great. Then, one day, it stopped working completely. Customer service was helpful and sent a replacement, which I appreciated. Feeling confident in the product, I even purchased a set of replacement shaver heads. Unfortunately, just a few months later, the second shaver failed as well. By this time, the 12-month warranty had expired. I contacted Groomie twice, explaining the situation, but all I received were generic, unhelpful responses. If you’re okay with buying a new shaver every 6 months, this might work for you. But I’m done with this brand. I recommend spending a bit more and getting a Skull Shaver — mine has lasted over 2 years without any issues.

SCAM COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO RETURN YOUR MONEY FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT, AND REFUSES TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, CONTINUING TO CHARGE YOU MONTHLY FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE. I returned their terrible razor, and fought for 5 weeks to get my money back. I am still being charged for a subscription I NEVER asked for, and they keep charging me every month. I have fought with them for almost 2 whole months and still no resolution. BIG RED FLAG WHEN THEY DO NOT OFFER A CONTACT NUMBER TO RESOLVE ISSUES. Stay away from Purchasing from them directly.

Ordered my head shaver at the beginning of October, it’s worked nicely so I ordered a subscription for the refill blades. It’s been 4 weeks and they keep saying it’s shipped, but it hasn’t shipped at all and is still processing. They have an AI email response that give you a tracking number that is just the number 1.

FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR FAKE STUFF. AND, YOU WILL BE TRICKED INTO A SUBSCRIPTION. EVEN PAYPAL COULDNT HELP ME!! DO NOT BUY.

This is a scam!! Buy at your own risk. Cheaply made and upon purchase you are enrolled in a subscription for $24 a month for replacement blades. You CANNOT cancel the subscription.

I'm awaiting my third head shaver from groomie club as my previous 2 have both failed once the battery ran out and needed charging. At that point neither machine worked again. They would not connect to the blades and the led power screen just kept racing up and down Then you have AI powered email responses and none of the correspondence makes any sense I've now been told that my 3rd replacement will take up to 3 weeks to ship I'm glad I only paid £30 for this heap of junk from what's clearly a company run from a Chinese warehouse and made to look like is in the US The worst example of Instagram advertising and nonsense I've fallen for. Please do not buy anything from these people
