Initially quick shipping would have been my answer to our great experience; however, after finding out that two items were missing and receiving no follow up from the chat on the website, I called customer service. The voice on the other end of the phone was Steve and he went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. His customer service was superb. We have all our items now and it's because of his diligence. Thanks Steve!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda and the level of customer service she provided. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Despite the carrier delaying my delivery multiple times, repeatedly rescheduling, and providing misinformation, Amanda went above and beyond to stay on top of the situation. She personally followed up with me, provided real-time status updates, and made sure I always knew exactly what was happening. Her communication, attentiveness, and dedication were exceptional. Even though the issues were completely outside of her control, she took ownership of the situation and did everything possible to make the experience less stressful. Amanda is a perfect example of what outstanding customer service should look like. She truly cares about her customers, and it shows. I am incredibly grateful for everything she did and would give her more than five stars if I could!
