GrillioReviews of grillio.com

Cherise was fantastic, professional, responsive and understanding. I had a unique challenge, and she was incredibly helpful. Based on my incredible experience with Cherise, I will only shop for grill items with Grillio in the future.

I called because I was missing a part on the shipment I received. Customer service called me back right away and explained that item was now in stock and was going to be shipped right away. It was nice that they contacted me and gave me the information I needed. That's what I call good customer service!

Customer service was great. I ordered a grill and it got delivered without the briquettes I had originally added on to my order. I called customer service and they asked me to send pictures and so I did. They looked it up and contacted the supplier. The supplier stated they were on back order and told me they were a month out. Eventually, the briquettes came in and we installed it. Grill works perfect. We are very happy with the grill and customer service was excellent. Will definitely order again from Grillio.
