Please don’t use this company for financial purposes. Over paid on the account due to paying off loan They will not refund my money. I have called and called Even got the Better Business Bureau involved. It’s been two months and no refund. My next sept is to call a TV station consumer service

I try to use them for my business but the customer service is atrocious. It’s embarrassing honestly. I can’t imagine what my customers go through when I can’t even get help as a vendor. They just don’t care.

This has got to be the most incredibly mismanaged company I have ever seen you guys have blocked My account made me wait months not giving me a real answer of what is needed no callbacks no Support at least 20 customers lost unbelievable.

Terrible. I tried to pay off my loan. I call the telephone number, gave it. My check routing number and they gave me a confirmation number and said the loan was paid off and they had received my payment. I kept looking at my bank account for about 5 days and the payment had never been taken off. So I called, which was very difficult to reach someone. They said, oh well, the payment, uh U. It was reversed because I gave him the wrong bank routing number. She tried to take it over the phone. I read the writing number verbatim off of my check and they still said they could not process it in the meantime. After I thought the thing was paid off. They charged me another $264. Because it went past the June 15th, pay date, and they added another $269 to my loan balance. Because I was supposedly late after they told me the loan was paid off. I went through multiple people. And I still could not pay this loan off what they do is they take your riding number and then tell you, it's not processed. And then wait a week, and then you go into the next pay period and then they charge you another huge interest rate. When you think your loan is paid off? It is really as quite the scam. What do you think

This company is the absolute worst to work with. Crappy customer service, they sent me out the paperwork for the WRONG LOAN!!!! When I try to make a payment they insist nothing is due, so that they can get you to pay interest. You can’t contact customer service unless you continually put in incorrect numbers so someone has to answer. No way am I giving them my bank account info for payments. I’m going to pay the entire balance in full with a check and pray they can even process a transaction. Don’t deal with this company if you can avoid it.

I wish I had done my research prior to agreeing to a loan with this company. This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. They also grant loans through shady businesses and do nothing for the customer when the business fails to uphold agreements. DO NOT USE THIS LOAN SERVICE! YOU REGRET IT!

I bought new windows through Republic Windows and the sales person stated I would have an interest free financing for one year of install. The windows were installed and 10 months later I was receiving a mail notice that I owed over $1,600 in interest! The interest rate was over 20%! I had every intent to pay in full the cost of the windows at the one year mark. I tried to call and get on the website, but found the online portal not user friendly. When I tried to call I received numerous delays in responses and long holds. I requested to take it up the chain, and they repeatedly said they were it. When I persisted, they said they would have someone call me back. I waited a week to several weeks each time. No doubt you put these online and phone barriers in to make it difficult for people to contact you while more time passes for you to charge even more compounded interest. I will never use any company that uses you for financing. Your company is deceptive, cruel and predatory!

They charge a finance and interest your account. Cheaper to do a loan with bank or bank credit card. STAY WAY FROM GREEN SKY
