I am perplexed…
I am perplexed by the reviews being either 5 star or 1. I'll give them a 2 because I got my money back after taking the issue up with my credit card company. They sent a generated email that they cancelled my order and seem to not be trying to hang on to my money or dispute my chargeback. The issue is that their communication sucks. They take forever to respond or don't respond at all. I waited 2 months for a computer that just never happened despite shelling out over $6300 with them. Still no real communication. Can we make this right? Do you still want your computer we really did built it three weeks ago and it was delayed because.......???? Whatever, this company smacks of scam.
