I registered for a free consultation with The Great Voice Company and spoke with Mark Graskemper, who created a very comfortable rapport wherein he took time to get to know my background and experience. He also evaluated several readings and provided very candid and valuable feedback and coaching. Mark generously answered my questions and freely shared his expertise without trying to "hard sell" me on any of TGVC's programs, which I truly appreciated. If you are interested in voiceover work I highly recommend exploring what this company has to offer!

Mark was not only helpful and thorough, but completely willing to customize our time based on what I needed most, NOT on what would benefit him/the company the most. That is excellent customer service - making clients really feel like it's more about the client than on the success of the biz. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with outstanding tips, coaching, and resources to help me get started. I genuinely felt like he cared about my success even if I didn't choose to move forward with working with the company (and PS, there was ZERO pressure to do so), but I also believe I'd be in the best of hands of I did choose to seek their help. My phone call with Mark was excellent, and for more informative than I had even imagined! He gave me valuable advice on how to set up a Home Studio, and how to take the bit of experience that I have and turn it into a marketable career with careful attention to detail. I needed next steps, and I now have them, thanks to Mark's expertise. He was professional but extremely friendly and open, and was a pleasure to spend time chatting with. I found The Great Voice Company some years back, but just saw the TrustPilot logo on the site. I investigated a number of different online VO training and coaching sites and for me, this one seemed to be the best. Years of association with them since then have only strengthened my opinion of them. Susan and her assistant Mark have always been helpful and friendly professionals who have worked with me and the challenges my situation requires. The information, training, coaching, skill sets, and technical advice is presented in an easy to understand manner. You can tailor your training to the niche you are working to enter. Through it all, I have never felt pressured to buy the next "THIS course is what you REALLY NEED NOW" like some other sites seem to do. There is additional training you can choose but always on your schedule on your terms and only what you need to have. Whether just trying to decide if VO is for you, or learning about aspects of it you would like to try that is different from what you are already doing, or improving on whatever level of success you are having in VO, I think this is the right place to look.
