I’ve paid for the book, but I still haven’t received it. What gives?

Hi Rita! We're so sorry for any confusion. The order you placed the day before yesterday is for a physical book. This gets shipped out from a warehouse on the business day after your order. The tracking number is being emailed to you privately to protect your personal information.
We did receive an email from you, but it was blank, so a member of our team replied to see how we could help you. It does appear that you have not opened any of the emails we sent you after you signed up. One of those emails includes your login credentials for our member site where you'll access some complementary bonus materials. Please look for them in your Spam or Promotions folders and let us know if we can help you further!
Dedicated to your voice over success,

Re: The Great Voice Company Review
While The Great Voice Company has been an excellent source of training for me, and has helped me to have a very interesting and solid repertoire which was edited very well on the demo, the price, however, for the training program is quite steep, but it was worth it to work with the best. I wish, though, that considering how much money and time was spent, it would have been much better if the faculty would have also assisted in jump starting with a first job to help get the career going. Unfortunately, the Great Voice Company does not do this. Now I am in the process of further investing more, so hopefully will have a better chance at having a voiceover career. Realistically, there isn't any guarantee of getting anything accomplished. For one thing, no matter how much talent one has, to make a career one must have the proper connections as well as know people who are affiliated with the industry who will consistently help in guiding to the right jobs at the right time. So there's a lot to it. The Great Voice Company only gives what is the beginning of very good training for an expensive price. But it turns out this is not enough, because this will not really connect and help get the career going. The Great Voice Company is making money from the students who all had to sacrifice tremendously thinking they were all going to have careers in voice overs. Some probably spent all the money they had saved, because they were expecting to make a career upon completion of the training. Most of them did not realize they would have to continue investing more money and most likely still not make a career when all is done. My suggestion to anyone who is considering voiceover training and hoping for a career afterwards is to first have money to back you up before starting. In all good conscience, although I do recommend the training in The Great Voice Company, be aware that this training can be very pricey and also result in a long, frustrating process before you ever, if at all, make any money back that was hugely sacrificed for all of the above.

We’re very glad this student thought our voice over training was excellent and that it was worth it to work with the best. It was a pleasure to work with her. I would like to clarify, however, that we are very clear to all our students that voice over is a freelance artistic pursuit and like any other career in the arts, there are no income guarantees. That’s why I include proven, step-by-step marketing training in all of our classes so that our students have the tools they need to build a successful business. Students in our comprehensive Voice Over Training Institute are also introduced to top agents and other voice buyers and given guidance on how to maximize these connections. This student is a non-native speaker of English and a talented polyglot who speaks many languages. Before accepting her into our program, we made it clear that her accent would limit her opportunities in English, but that her unique specialized language skills could be beneficial. In fact, we introduced her to a producer who cast her in a production. It’s unfortunate she invested in a training she could not afford.
