I absolutely enjoyed the weekend; all three days were packed with outstanding training, coaching, and mentoring by Susan, Adriana, Randy, Mark, and Chris. I left feeling much more confident in my voiceover ability as well as my sales & marketing, and technical skills. I'm ready to move forward with my voiceover career thanks to this talented group of professionals; this course was worth every penny!

Being from rural Ohio, I was really hesitant to head to New York for the Immersion Experience, but am I ever glad I did! As soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed and immediately felt accepted; No judgment, just a friendly group of people eager to help new talent in anyway they could. This positive attitude translated into a fun, informative three days of working behind the mic and receiving genuine advise that has no doubt helped me get going since I returned home. Susan has a no-nonsense approach, telling you what works and what doesn't in the voice over industry, which as a beginner, I really appreciate so I don't develop bad practice. This, coupled with the experienced expertise of Adriana and the devoted help of Mark and Chris, really made this experience one-of-a-kind. They all are very thorough, eager to help, and make sure all your questions are answered before you leave. This class was well worth the money and definitely worth the time. My consultation with Mark at Great Voice was really valuable. He gave great feedback and direction, and provided some very helpful insights into how I use my voice, the industry, production etc. One thing I appreciated is that he did not hurry the call along in any way. He gave me the time I needed for each read, and patiently and honestly answered my questions. I never felt there was a sales pitch at all, and I really felt he was there to help - and he did! I would definitely recommend the Great Voice phone consultation, and based on my experience with Mark I'm seriously considering some of their other courses.

The Bootcamp helped me get better acquainted with my voice and also gain a better understanding of the range in opportunities in voice over. It also inspire me to become interested in two other areas: the technical side of audio production, and marketing. Both Susan and her co-presenter, Adriana Davis, are extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing expertise and insight with their students.

I am so glad that I made the trip from overseas to attend the GVCs April Bootcamp. I appreciated the experience, knowledge, passion & warmth of the GVC team and the very practical, hands-on nature of this training. It truly was an immersive 3 day experience that I learnt a lot from. From Day 1 we were interpreting scripts and behind the mic, in a professional studio, being coached/directed by Susan and Adriana (who are not only highly experienced and successful in the VO industry but are also generous teachers of their craft). The Marketing segment of the bootcamp is very useful as it gives strategic guidance to finding customers and booking work. After experiencing this bootcamp I am convinced of the quality & relevance of the GVC trainings - I will be using them for further training.
