I've worked with this company to spruce up my resume as I was beginning my job search and held off for 6 months to give their work a fair shot to speak for itself. In retrospect, while GRF might be helpful in putting your thoughts on paper if you don't have any sort of resume to start with, I would not recommend them for someone who already has a decent starting document to work from. At that point, just finish it yourself or take advantage of the myriad of Ai tools to make it stand out. If you do want to work with GRF, go with the resume revamp and skip the cover letter and LinkedIn add-ons. I did find the people I worked with to be friendly and helpful as we did the initial consultation, and all the way throughout the process. However, the quality of the work is lacking, especially at the price point. Consistently, the feedback I've received throughout the 6 months from recruiters and hiring managers is that the resume is confusing, over cluttered and difficult to read through, while the cover letter is too generic, relying on cliches rather than clarity. The LinkedIn revamp is also very high-level and does not seem to have much impact. This package was not worth $1,600.
