Great people to work with. Very nice and pleasant. However, once you have "left" their system you are history. After some months, they do not return calls. I'm an IT person so I don't know what the experience would be like if I was some other profession. Their written work is good to a point, however once you have been in the job application system, I found the Resume is too flowery. I had other IT professionals read and assess the work and they all agreed, cut the cologne. IT people want the bare facts. What do you know and what can you do? I had another successful IT hiring person assist me in a complete re-write and I had more calls. I paid the fee for them to post my resume on career sites. That did nothing for me. I never received an email or call from their work.

The writer put a fancy 1st page in, but the bullets in the resume stayed nearly the same. Def not worth the money. No way. I expected them to clean up all of my bullets into more crisp concise ones, no such experience.
