Great Resumes FastReviews of greatresumesfast.com

Writing a resume that represents you as a leader and grabs attention is a daunting task. Trista and the rest of the Great Resumes Fast ensured that the process was smooth, fast, and effective. They spent time learning what sets me apart from other leaders in my field, what do I stand for and how I drive results. They crafted a resume that represents me as a professional and that helped me get my next role in less then two months. Professional, personalized excellence- this is the best way to describe them.

Ruth completed a make-over of my resume. The three things that she did exceptionally well were 1) conduct an extremely thorough and detailed phone interview to extract my best accomplishments, 2) strongly emphasize those accomplishments when writing the resume, 3) make the resume easy for the reader by ensuring everything fit into only 2 pages and making proper use of bullet points to make it quick to read. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly Ruth takes the time to gather the information she needs in the initial phone interview and really uncover the accomplishments. She turned-over every rock to find any hidden success that I had neglected to document on my old resume. In some cases, I had thought that certain things were just ordinary events, yet she asked the right questions to make me realize that what I thought was ordinary was really extraordinary. For example, I am a manager and I never thought to state the number of employees in my team who had been promoted. It turns out that 41% of my employees (13 of 32) have been promoted in the past 2 years and Ruth discovered this nugget that was worth including on my resume since that is actually a high percentage of internal team promotions. I strongly recommend Ruth especially for somebody who is not used to boasting about one's own accomplishments and needs somebody to emphasize that.

Trista Neubauer was great to work with. Her expertise and understanding of resume and LinkedIn writing made it easy to quickly update my resume and LinkedIn page. She was open to including my future goals and changes that I was looking for in my career and she was able to seamlessly integrate my experience and my skills. I would recommend Trista to anyone who is looking to update their resume.

Jessica was incredible to work with. I had previously read some of the reviews and was hoping it would be her that called, it was. She lived up to everything all the past reviewers mentioned. She is very professional and extremely efficient and responsive. She even gave my LinkedIn profile a quick review to assure me that I had completed it correctly. Thanks Jessica!!!! -Shannon

I worked with Jessica Coppens and she was able to ask the right questions and made the process so easy. Talking about my successes is not a strength of mine and Jessica made it possible. I strongly suggest working with this team.

Jessica Coppens is a true professional and fantastic to work with. Throughout our process, Jessica’s approach was as a partner. She listened when I had questions and responded with patience, clarity, and from her experience. She wrote each of my resume documents with language that is specific to my skills and experience, and which speaks toward the narrative of my industry. Jessica wrote in the way that I wanted to, but could not pull together on my own! Thank you, Jessica! Everyone at Great Resumes Fast that I have worked is professional, prompt, positive, and encouraging. They deliver on their promise to provide you the top-tier tools you need to be successful throughout your job search.

This was the worst experience of customer service- they took forever to get back to me- I received contradictory advice from my resume writer and Jessica, and the resume they gave me didn’t get me ONE call back, not one!!! I applied everywhere and got nothing. Such an abysmal waste of money and time. When I went to them after 3 months of no results with the resume they wrote me, they tried talking me into buying more services with them. I’m happy to see that others have had success with this service, however I think this company is a scam. Also, the resumes they design are hideous, they’re only built for applying online, not for grabbing the attention of actual hiring humans. The feedback I have gotten on my resume is that it would end up in the wastebasket, based on its appearance alone and it’s utter lack of personality. I even purchased a rebrand immediately after my initial resume was created because I was so disappointed with the initial product and when I spoke to my second resume writer I realized that I had just wasted another $500, didn’t even finish the consultation process. I’ve been unemployed now for 5 months and I’m out over $1700 on this crap service that I believe has hurt my prospects rather than help.
