Great support while deciding on product and purchasing. Delivery could have been better. Didn’t find out til the guy showed up that my order was incomplete. Then I had to call back multiple times to find out when my order would be fulfilled. Love the product and the initial support. Delivery could been better.

Overall they did great. I had some special needs and they were able to adjust their product to meet my needs. Gave them the specs for what I was trying to install and they worked out the parts needed, including over length balusters. Speed of delivery was very good. Installation went smoothly, though I have been doing construction for a while and would rate myself as very experienced. A less experienced person might have some issues. Not sure there were any directions. My only concerns/comments are (1) ended up playing a fair amount of telephone tag to get this done, (2) I caught at least one error on the draft quotation that might have caused problems when it went to order fulfillment, (3) I got a call from order fulfillment because the person did not initially see the attached e-mail that laid out the specs for what I needed (possible communications issue?), and (4) would be nice if they did not surcharge the use of credit cards. They are not a fully web enabled operation, so you really do need to call if you have special needs. They are in New Jersey, and am I, so was able to get low cost delivery on one of their trucks (which was prompt and convenient).

Ive used Great Railing for the last few deck projects Ive had. They always have what I need in stock and have the secondary railing that is required now for stairs. One of the only placed I have found to carry it. I don't go to any other store for my deck needs.
