Great RailingReviews of greatrailing.com

Prices are great. Delivery guy was late and overloaded. He had to route they everything to find my order. Shorted me one stair rail section. I went to buy another section, A month later, they said was in stock, after I paid, it was 50 minutes before I got it. No one told me anything. When the kid brought it out, he said they had to make it.

Excellent experience. It was a small job but they delivered everything we asked for, and the finished product was good.

Great railing has great quality materials and an awesome staff always helpful thank you all for everything you do

Ratter better shipping rates

Good customer service

For over $5,000-$6,000, we still did not have all of the material required to build our deck. There was multiple orders with the mix/matched items. Square spindles for round hole railings as well as missing items. There were required deliveries on at least two-three occasions to bring missing items (some we had to pick up ourselves). On top of all of this, we waited for at least about 2 months or more for the deck trim that was back ordered! Horrible experience.

Ordered trek decking a few months ago. Order was delayed and put job on hold. When trek decking was delivered it was left loose on stones( we had requested to put trek in driveway). When I called about missing pieces the lady was complaining about not having enough workers to check orders and how people just quit. Not good customer service. Work issues should not become the customers problem.

Great job. They always take time putting order in making sure the order is right and I have everything I need.
