Unprofessional and highly disrespectful employees. If you are a DIY customer this is NOT the place for you. Yes the prices are good, but not worth the aggravation. Employees will not answer any questions you have!! After spending almost 10K on materials I had a woman tell me to "shut up".

I am a professional builder/remodeler, have been getting my deck and railing supplies from great railing since I can remember. Very good company, they have amazing customer service and ready to help you whenever something happens not as planned. Happy to see this company growing and getting busier.

I needed tan color vinyl fencing and struck out at 7 places. Great Railing had it in stock and I left same day with what I needed!
