Please Do Not Rent with Great Jones Property Management. They did not return my security deposit($1850) and charged me $800+ for Electric charge that was already pain for the Past months. The carpet was also professionally cleaned and they charged me double for another cleaning. I am ready to Connect and Discuss the Details with Any Tenants or Property management on this. I am working to get a legal path for the Dispute.

SCAM! NOT A REAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY! TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND RAN.

Great Jones has been the worst management of property. They are hard to reach and doesn’t like to return calls. They require tenants to do routine maintenance but owners can refuse to do routine maintenance to ensure all essential items are property maintained. In less than 11 months, the AC went out twice. It took them 27 days to fix it. They will claim is SC doesn’t consider AC as essential which was incorrect and should have fixed within 14 days. They keep threaten to withhold security deposit and sounds like they will make up stuff to not refund the deposit. You can’t talk to the owners and only deal with the manager. It is a scam and horrible management company. There is no accountability and able to speak to higher person. You are stuck.

I can’t thank Great Jones enough for getting my family into the perfect home. We spent months searching for a house with no luck. Great Jones (specifically Randy) really took the time to listen to our situation and help us find a home. They always answered emails and questions. The move in process has been stress-free and easy. They give you all of the information you need and are there for any questions. I’m so grateful for them! We’re very excited to get settled into our new home.

Still haven’t got a callback for us to sign our lease before August.

I’m a very low maintenance renter. The worst part of Great Jones is that you can’t talk to anyone. Even Maintanance issues must be online and you don’t get immediate answers or responses, especially if it has to do with your most important function in an apartment which is air conditioning. I am all about technology but customer service is what drives a business.

Our property manager is excellent! We've had issues with getting some repairs done timely but our property manager has consistently assisted us with getting what we need done. She's wonderful!
