This is my bank and I like the way they treat me- they value my business and I appreciate that- I recommend Great Basin to friends and family

Cashier argued with me about removing my face mask for identification purposes. When I said I did not feel comfortable doing that and handed her my bank card and my drivers license as identification she threatened to not complete my transaction until I removed my mask. Customer next to me was not forced to remove his mask he just showed photo ID. She told me, "You are in safest place in the world to be removing your mask." Less than week later I was positive for Covid 19. If I got it from your bank I don't know but I only went there the one time and to work. Nowhere else. I have been with your credit union for years but I am thinking about changing banks due to poor customer service and fact we are now being charged for cashiers checks.

Have been a GBFCU member for 25 years. They have always been friendly, accommodating, and helpful through the years. This has not changed as technology and IT have changed.

I LOVE my credit union! They are ALWAYS helpful and so kind whenever I call or go into the building. I tell all my people to use them because any bank should be a Four letter bad word. Credit Unions are amazing.

We have been members since the mid 1980s and continue even though we have moved to Washington state! The service remains to be member focused which was an overriding factor in using a credit union over large institutional banks.

I’ve banked at Great Basin for over 10 years. I’ve been so pleased with their service that I haven’t been able to bring myself to switch credit unions after moving out of state. Even when my card was deactivated because of fraudulent activity, my replacement card came to my out-of-state residence very quickly.
