Customer service
The customer service (tellers behind the counter)was a 99%. I would have liked to have been considered for a lower interest rate, since I had been punctual on all payments. I still have a savings account there also.

My Reasons For being a Customer
My Husband of 40 yrs David Labarry unfortunately passed away June 20,2020. When I needed to open a new account for myself I decided to stay away from those not friendly BIG Banks n did it all with you. So many nice bonus y'all have PLUS every Employee there are The upmost kindness caring n friendly ever and ALL the time. Very happy with Great Basin..

Grateful: I have been with, Great Basin since you opened your doors back in 2001." You My Bank" family has seen me though some hard times finically as well as emotional times. Everyone has treats me like i am the most specials women in the world when i enter the bank. Bless and thank you all for your smiles that makes my day even the more special. I am grateful my Bank Family, Great Basin and i love you back. (smile)!

Great Basin FCU Always the best,
I am in another country and I wanted to access my account from a new phone. I spoke to one person who helped me by correcting an error in how my phone number had been recorded. Then I had a problem with following the prompts so I called and spoke to another person who was able to relieve my mind with her suggestions. I was very frustrated at my problem but they both had the ability to patiently help me anyway. Great Basin has always been so wonderful to deal with whether in person or over the phone.

I have been with Great Basin for over…
I have been with Great Basin for over 20 years. All my needs have been met with car loans, checking, savings and credit and debit cards. I was advised when someone else appeared to use my account, and the problem was solved quickly. I have used all three branches through the years, but the last years have been the Northwest branch. Everyone has been supportive at all branches. I enjoy being a part of something local!

I have been with Great Basin for 35…
I have been with Great Basin for 35 years & have never had a problem. I've had car loans, checking, savings, & credit card. Great place to bank!!!
