So far this is the best bank I have ever seen. Absolutely happy with them.

Everyone is always helpful and come across very sincere and engaged whether it be over the phone or in person.. GBCU is the bomb credit union in Reno!!!!

As we now live in Las Vegas it’s always a concern when needing personal service from our credit union or bank. But the great folks at Great Basin are always helpful and able to assist as if I was sitting in front of them. Rodger Lilley

Great service! Don't go into the lobby of the credit union often, but when I did they are friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that you forget that people get old and from time to time people will make a mistake with balances. They look at their balance and thinking they have enough money will write a check or pay a bill and suddenly a bill you forgot about pops up and you are over drawn costing you 36.00 which is a lot when your on a fixed income. Then the fee wont be waived because you had one or two in the past.... and your not given maybe 24 hours to put in money before your charged. I can understand if it happens on numerous occasions or regularly but not when its occasional. A notice given prior to a charge that you are over, giving time to cover it( same day deposit) would be nice. Thanks
