Product was $300 for a bariatric toilet riser with handles. We just received the product, it was used and disgusting that any medical company would do that. Please avoid purchasing from them, they have multiple complaints filed with the BBB. Unfortunately we did not check this company, their website is very misleading and looks like a reputable company. Hopefully we will be able to get our money back. Do not purchase from them.

I was in the middle of a purchase, nearly $80.00, the person with incomprehensible subcontinent accent, hung up on me. I was verifying if the product I was buying was the actual brand and not a generic form of it, He said it was actual brand, and then hung up. Avoid purchasing from them, to verify if product is generic or made by actual manufacturer, got me disconnected. Paying all that money, getting imposters in mail!

I ordered knee braces in the beginning of April. I did not receive them until the end of June. They sent different knee braces than what I had ordered. I ordered braces without hinges and received braces with hinges. I had to pay restocking fee and shipping to return.

This company is 100% a scam. I ordered a product at what appeared to be a discounted price. After placing the order they told me the item was backordered and it would take a month to ship. After a month they told me the item was discontinued, however I contacted the manufacturer and they said they still make the product and I could buy directly from them (which I did). The graylinemedical (also known as serenity) customer service rep canceled the order and said my credit card wasn't charged, which now I have to wait to see if it was compromised. Don't buy from them.

This company is a scam. They list the full product in the description then the second half of the description says it's only part of the product. The picture is of the full product, so it's very misleading. We tried to return a $188 plastic lid and they came up with a random excuse as to why we couldn't return it. Absolute scam, do not buy.
