I would rate it LESS THAN ONE STAR if I could. DO NOT order from this company. They are Liars and thieves. Placed an order and paid for it on Jan 6... never heard from them. Called them and they told me they would refund my money.... still NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT

Horrible company to work with. Took over a month to get the product. Even getting a response from customer service if they had even shipped the product took several days. Foreign ran company with misleading products. DO NOT buy from them.

Disappointing experience with Grayline Medical. Placed an order in April for an item that was listed as in stock, only to find out later that it actually wasn’t available. There was no proactive communication about the delay, and I had to send multiple emails just to get updates on the status of my order. After waiting for weeks with no resolution, I finally received a refund 2 months later in June. The whole process was a waste of time and very frustrating.

This website does not have the stock they sell items for. They take your order and then selectively place the order for the inventory to fulfill the order. It is a very deceptive dropshipping strategy that does not honor the commitments they advertise on their website.

Greyline Medical shipped me the wrong product from what I ordered and paid for. I provided the shipping details and pictures about the error. I request that they swap the incorrect elbow splint sent with the one that I ordered in first place. They wrote back and apologized for the error but they do not have the model splint I bought from them and because I do not have the original packing slip they refuse to issue a return authorization for me. I explained that I sent the shipping confirmation to them and they have all the information within their database. Then they write back and offer me 50% refund. I have wasted more time than I care to admit trying to explain to them they owe the customer a refund for the mistake GREYLINE MADE in the first place.. Here's who Greyline is as a business; 1) they ship the wrong product to customer 2) they admit the error but don't provide a solution 3) they can't offer to replace the order because they "don't have it in stock" 4) they won't issue a return because the customer dosent have the shipping label (but customer sent email confirmation of the order back to Greyline) 5) they offer to refund 50% back to customer for item that is of no use to customer Greyline Medical... clueless in every aspect imaginable.
