BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. THERE IS A HUGE CHANCE THAT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER.

I wish I could choose 0 star. I've had a terrible experience with this company, and I'm not even sure whether they'll send me any product or at least refund me or not!

SCAM ALERT STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service without any follow up. I placed an order for rapid strep tests. I called a week after placing the order and was told it would be shipped out in 3 business days. 3 weeks after placing the order I call to follow up and was told it was on backorder and that "they have too many customers to be able to follow up with each one". I cancelled by order. It is not worth getting any item for a better price if you cant actually get the item.

If I could give a zero, I would, this was a horrible experience. I ordered a knee brace that my doctor recommended and I was told I would have it within five business days. It took over a month. I was never notified that it was back ordered. I had to call them several times. I finally got to a manager after yelling for one and he took care of it. Checked to see the status told me it was back ordered, etc., and made sure that I knew when it was coming I didn’t want to buy from another company because I had already ordered this and knew it would be a nightmare to return .very disappointing when you have a medical problem and you can’t get something when promised. If I had been told it was back ordered, I would’ve ordered from another company and I did find it cheaper elsewhere, but I was just going to let the order hang there and figure they’ll take care of it. Very disappointed.

I would rate it LESS THAN ONE STAR if I could. DO NOT order from this company. They are Liars and thieves. Placed an order and paid for it on Jan 6... never heard from them. Called them and they told me they would refund my money.... still NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT

Horrible company to work with. Took over a month to get the product. Even getting a response from customer service if they had even shipped the product took several days. Foreign ran company with misleading products. DO NOT buy from them.

This website does not have the stock they sell items for. They take your order and then selectively place the order for the inventory to fulfill the order. It is a very deceptive dropshipping strategy that does not honor the commitments they advertise on their website.
