Great Stuff Solid website Fast shipping Will buy again

Worst customer service. They take capitalism to the next level. No etiquette and they don’t care about you. Anything to avoid taking back a keyboard. They email you unprofessionally and take a while to email you back. Wouldn’t advise purchasing through them as their customer service is poor especially with the price of some of their products.

The shipping was good the box wasn't bent boke open or damaged but the product was even better! I got the battle worn yellow mercury pro for my friend and he said it gave him the edge he needed lightning fast.plus the sounds the keys make when you press them. Chefs kiss good job!

Muy buen servicio, llego el pack de teclado y mouse con el reposa manos de regalo en perfecto estado, se siente todo de buena calidad, gracias gravastar.

Great design and quality. About to buy next mouse pro

Fantastic products. Quick shipment. Easy on-line ordering.

Got the mercury x 8k pro mouse. The mouse from a performance standpoint is a 5 star. From a customization... maybe a 3. Love that its solid. Love the sensor. Love the 8 polling Side buttons are the best I've had Side perforations are nice (feel like a high end phone case) Great overall aestgetic. Points of friction: Wheel sometimes doesn't settle and an unexpected turn can happen in game. Rgb has a few options (unlimited colors) - would like to see "color shift" or customizable phase changes. Included grips are very flashy - would have loved all black with "Mercury" in white Dongle RBG can't be changed No accel/deceleration Very simple software compared to other high-end mice I've had. Again, great performance but, for how the shell/dongle looks, I expected more rgb controls

best keyboard I have ever had. Feels like a keyboard should When you press a key, you know what you typed without looking. Easy to setup and use. Great instructions. Quick shipping and plenty of support available.
