Great quality product at a great price! Love these keyboards! Super fast shipping!

I really wanted to like the Gravastar Mercury M2 mouse, but after a light use, it’s clear this is nowhere near a premium-quality product. First issue was the screws on the bottom started rusting after just a few months. Stainless steel screws cost almost nothing, so it’s disappointing to see a “premium” mouse cut corners on something this basic. I decided to let that slide.. but.. Second issue popped up today. USB receiver broke, and not because of heavy use. The internal USB board is held in place by an extremely thin piece of plastic that can barely support anything. Since I have other mice, I wasn’t even using the M2 every day so now I’m left wondering what would have happened if I relied on it daily or took it traveling.. Overall, the design looks nice, but the build quality is far below expectations. For the price, I expected durability, not rusting screws and fragile internal parts. Definitely disappointing. Not recommended.

This is my fourth Gravastar keyboard and I love them! I have one at work, my at home work pc, my personal pc and when I was typing one night my wife heard the key strokes and demanded it! So she has one at work too! I also have the Mars Pro speaker and the little robot charging station.. everything works perfectly

I love their products especially the futuristic alien like aesthetics of both the Keyboard and mouse. Where they lack is their customer service. First, everything is handled with email. Make sure you buy from a reputable source like a 3rd party like Amazon, New Egg etc because if you buy directly from them it is a nightmare to get any resolution. If your unhappy or just have issues with their products you must email and wait a day for a one sentence answer and if you respond you will have to wait another day for them to respond to that, so far it's been 3 days of one sentence responses. To add to that, they make you purchase a ridiculous insurance policy that the product will actually reach you, it's automatically included in the purchase price unless you un-tick the box. Please don't waste your time buying from them directly. I'm just trying to exchange the mouse I purchased for a bundle that includes the mouse bundled with the keyboard, should be a win/win right, I'm spending more money but no, 3 days so far with the back and forth. It should not be this difficult everything seems to be a song and dance. I can't deal with this. Do yourself a favor, please don't buy directly from them, you will regret it.

The shipping was very fast and the quality of the items that I purchased was excellent. I would recommend their products to all.

Mercury V75 Special Edition - Lavender Purple. Product: The value for money is amazing. You can see that the product is very well made. The feel of the keyboard is wonderful, as is the sound. So far, I haven't found any physical defects. Shipping: I would like to have more shipping options with different costs. On the other hand, I placed my order on November 2, and the package arrived in Italy on the 7th, so shipping was surprisingly fast. Software: The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the software, which has the great advantage of being very well made and very intuitive. The way you can customize the trigger and actuation point of individual keys is simple and very detailed, so I have nothing to say about this, which is the most important part. The only two things I would recommend adjusting are the RGB customizations, more than anything, I would like to change the color of many modes that are currently only rainbow, and secondly, I would like to be able to download the software.
