Way over priced. More than $20 per liter. They don’t charge shipping but ups does add shipping costs.

I need to cancel an order but since it isn't a subscription, it doesn't give me the option. There is no contact phone for help.

Love the rose have been purchasing for a while and it’s a great product and cool concept , however the last 2 boxes I received felt like they had been stored in the oven , the UPS Man also noticed how hot the main box was ,,the ice cube inside a foil bag was completely melted ,,the wine is a tart ,, I will refrain from ordering until it gets cooler , sorry ! This time I had bought 2 boxes , I’m sad

Just a one time gift for him, and I am the one that paid. How can I track my order? I would like to let him know that a surprise package is coming.

I had a great experience with Gratsi! I had a delivery issue and at 7:00 pm I emailed them about my problem. By 8:00 they had my issue completely handled for me. Gratsi is such a great company to do business with. I couldn't be happier with them. Not to mention excellent wine!
