Several boxes had water damage on delivery. Gratsi responded quickly, replaced the damaged boxes (on their way!) immediately. Great response, great customer service. And delicious wine to boot!

I absolutely love Gratsi wine! It’s light, refreshing, and so easy to enjoy. The flavors are delicious without feeling too heavy or overly sweet, and it’s perfect for relaxing at home or sharing with friends. I also love the convenience and the beautiful, simple presentation. Gratsi has definitely become one of my favorites, and I’ll be ordering it again! ❤️🍷

I love the wine (the red, white and rose), the gifts, the pairing tips and the amazing customer service!! Recently, my wine was due to arrive on a day when I was unable to be home to sign for it. As I was checking my tracking number, the Gratsi representative appeared and offered to have it rerouted to a different address where someone could sign for it or have it delivered to a local UPS store for pick-up. She even looked up the one nearest to me and provided the info! Gratsi cares! xoxo

I first discovered Gratsi Wine maybe a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived all packed and neat in a box. I chose one of each red & white, and really enjoyed both. We like seafood in our family and the crisp and flavorful white definitely was a compliment to the salmon and other fresh fish dinners we make. The red is exceptional too with pasta and meat dishes. I appreciate the no added sugar concept and actually noticed the difference between Gratsi and other wines with more sugar content. The Gratsi family boasts the vineyards of Washington state’s Columbia Valley and after living there for more than 13 years I tend to agree that some of the best vino comes from the vineyards locally. So try some….enjoy! And you just might be the lucky recipient of a set of their wine glasses or a lovely glass wine container to take to your friends party (filled with Gratsi vino, of course!) Or today my latest gift from Gratsi family was a very nice canvas tote to carry my wine container and wine glasses when my friends get together for Happy Hour out here where we live at the Fountain of Youth in the desert near the Salton Sea!
