Easy to sign up. Ok wine. Nearly impossible to find out how to cancel your subscription, even following their directions.

I was skeptical of this wine but started with the sampler pack and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve got a recurring subscription now! The wine is delicious and no matter how much I drink of it I do not have a hangover. Customer service is top notch too! I love that I can have this delivered to my local UPS store so I can pick it up and not have to worry about being home to sign for it.

Gratsi wine is remarkably good. The company is personable and honest. Quick to respond to correspondence and questions. It’s nice dealing with a company that has integrity AND an excellent product. Love the occasional free gifts and Nona’s stories and recipes!

The wine is delicious and free of added sugar, crisp and clean taste! In addition, managing my orders is easy and the customer support is exceptional. I will be making more purchases of this wine for both the taste and quality of the product but also bec of the superior customer service experience.
