Great all over assitance, from backoffice to actual packing crew. No significant damage on my items and great punctuality. I'd recommend their service.

Contact with Granero was sometimes a bit difficult but they always replied to my calls and emails. The service they provided for a reasonable price was good. The company that packed my goods was great. They were quick, friendly, and respectful. The moving company that unpacked my goods was of lesser quality. A 16-year-old boy was in charge of getting all the goods inside and that was not always that successful. Small things got damaged and he got an attitude when he got tired. Overall, I was happy with the move.

My experience was wonderful. Laís is a very kind and organized person, always ready to help when necessary. I have no regrets or complains about the service. Instead, I would like to congrat you all for the excellent job since the first contact to the finish.
