I am highly impressed with the customer service provided by Axel at Gradelink. He is always incredibly responsive and timely. Whenever I struggle with a feature on the platform, he doesn't just explain it—he sends custom images and videos to guide me through the solution step by step. This visual support makes troubleshooting completely effortless. Excellent service!

Preschool Report Card Issue
I had an issue with our preschool report card. Some things need to be removed. I emailed my issue and before I knew it, my problem was resolved, quickly and efficiently. This has been my experience consistently. Customer service is great. Axel has been great.

I always ask for Mark when I need…
I always ask for Mark when I need assistance. He is very responsive. He returns phone calls in a timely manner, easy to understand, and he stays on the phone with me until the problem(s) has been resolved. Mark has great customer service. He knows Gradelink very well. We would be deeply lost and sadden if he ever leaves Gradelink.
