I needed detailed attendance reports for the prior school year by student for an audit and just could not figure out how to run them. Kate answered quickly with detailed instructions (including pictures). Amazing!

The person who helped me was very helpful. He was clear with his instruction and allowed me to ask questions as we went along with the call. He took it step by step and checked things as we went along. I think his name was Emay, but I am not for sure. We got the problem resolved and he made sure to ask if there were any other questions.

It has streamlined so many of our daily processes and saved us countless hours. Whether we're implementing a new feature, troubleshooting an issue, or simply asking a question, the Gradelink team has always been there to help.
