I have to give Gracins a shoutout. I had ordered through them and was on a tight deadline of when I’d need the dress by. Rather than them taking my money and giving me false promises, they reached out to confirm the event date, told me they would try their best but given the deadline that it would likely be sent by x date. When I realized it wouldn’t work out, they immediately refunded me - no fuss. I appreciated the honesty and open communication. I look forward to ordering from them in the future

I was skeptical when I sent in my measurements. My dress arrived and it fit perfectly! It is well made and I was so happy of their entire process. I received the dress in less than 2 weeks within their estimated time! This company is for real!!
