Quick and easy check

I had an issue with the payment process which led to a "double charge", i went to the discord and asked if anyone knew about this on christmas night. After a few minutes a staff member named Jack listened to my issue and went in and found the issue which he then fixed and found an issue i didnt even realize on my end. I was worried I had made a large mistake as some companies wont give you the time of day and everyone seemed to be out for the holidays which I couldn't blame them for, but Jack came through and relieved all my stress. 10/10

Great Product and Service

I purchased the GPD Pocket 3 as an ultra-mobile laptop with an Intel Pentium Gold 7505 processor for work (Call Center tasks, writing reviews, and manual testing). After a few days of use, I can confidently say that it has been a very successful purchase. 🖥️ Display and battery The display is more than sufficient for everyday work, and with the brightness set to around 20–25%, it allows for several hours of comfortable use. After proper system optimization, the laptop delivers an average of 5–7 hours of battery life under moderate workload (Opera, Teams, LibreOffice). 🎧 Accessories / comfort I use the laptop with a wireless mouse and Bluetooth headphones — everything works smoothly and reliably. After installing a 1mm thick camera privacy cover (because privacy matters), the lid lifts slightly on the cover side; however, this does not affect daily usability in any way. ✅ Pros: ✔️ excellent mobility and compact size ✔️ very good amount of RAM ✔️ fast and responsive SSD ✔️ solid performance for office work ✔️ ergonomic keyboard and well-balanced device size ⚠️ Cons: ❌ no option to select the Polish language during the initial setup (system language, keyboard layout, date and time must be configured manually) ❌ typing Polish characters requires using the Ctrl + Alt + letter combination — it is possible to get used to, but initially feels unintuitive ❌ the Opera browser may occasionally crash despite up-to-date drivers 💬 Summary The GPD Pocket 3 is an excellent choice for users looking for a small, portable computer designed for productivity. It performs perfectly in Call Center work, writing tasks, manual testing, and handling lightweight applications.

Preorde my GPD win in October and got it in the first week of December. Nice fun handheld gaming device that you can take with you anywhere 🎮👍🏼

Quick shipping, packed well, zero issues

Great computer, and transaction. Loaded Linux lmde 7 and downloaded some steam games. Working great, very happy with purchase.

Overall I'm extraordinarily pleased with my Pocket 4. Pro's: Was the perfect form factor for my needs. I love everything about the screen and how versatile it is. Performance is far greater than I expected for this tiny yet kinda dense (in a good, sturdily built kind of way) PC. Con's: Definitely going to adjust to the keyboard both with the size and compactness. There was a tiny hiccup with my order but the Support team (Shoutout Vikram) made everything right. Kind of a nitpick but the fingerprints...have fun cleaning this regularly if you're a clean freak.
