My laptop was delivered on time, was packaged well and works as expected. I had a query on the item and this was swiftly responded too by the customer service team. The laptop is excellent quality and super fast for work and gaming. The screen quality is superb as is the battery life. Everything about the laptop feels high end and now that I have updated the drivers it is lightening fast. I cannot put in words how impressive this product is.

Great experience. Bought device in the middle of 2 major holidays, had to ship from UK to US, still received it fairly quickly. Have reached out a few times since receiving & responsiveness/customer service has been great.
