Thank you so much for your detailed and honest feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the GPD Win3 and Win4 2024. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the overall performance and build quality of both devices, even though we understand there are some pain points. We completely hear you regarding the hibernate issue and blue screens — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’d love the opportunity to help troubleshoot this further. Regarding your charger concerns, we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused. We understand how important it is to have reliable charging, especially for mobile devices like these, and we recognize the inconvenience when proprietary charging requirements complicate things. Your feedback is invaluable and has been shared with our product team. We also appreciate your support in pre-ordering the MicroPC 2 — we hope it meets your expectations and becomes a great Kali Linux companion for your pen testing needs. If you encounter any issues or have specific expectations about charging compatibility, feel free to reach out ahead of time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID so we can assist you directly and look into any ongoing concerns, whether with software, hardware, or accessories. We’re here to help! Thanks again for your continued support of GPD.
