Updated review: GPD reached out to me I believe the day I made my review about the cosmetic issue my device had and they very quickly found a solution for me! I was very impressed how quickly they reached out and how quickly they resolved the problem! They were willing to do anything reasonable for me and they were great to work with! I was worried before I’d get nothing in terms of support, but they were so great and I really appreciate them. If you’re in the fence of buying one of their devices, have no fear, they will reach out as long as you let them know, and correct any issues you have if any. My issue was just cosmetic and my device has worked perfect.
