This is an absolutely phenomenal review—thank you so much for sharing your story! We're incredibly proud that our support, especially the dedication from Jack, turned a stressful situation into a 10/10 experience. We know the niche electronics community loves to tinker, and we're committed to supporting our customers even when troubleshooting leads to complications like a bricked BIOS. We don't believe in automatically voiding warranties; we believe in finding solutions. It's fantastic to hear your GPD WIN Max 2 2024 is now performing like the "beast" it is, and we're thrilled you're utilizing the amazing feature of the SIM slot! Thank you again for your business and for recognizing our efforts to truly go "above and beyond!"
