On time and nice vehicle

The ride to the airport was great. Quick trip using the toll route. The car was clean and comfortable. The driver was friendly and helpful. Took down by one star b/c our ride was canceled on the way home. It was due to our flight being delayed. I understand that it was canceled but there was no assistance in rescheduling for our delayed time.

Our driver, and I apologize, as I can’t recall his name, was awesome. Good communication, very informative. Just the right amount of conversation yet allowing time for us to just relax with our eyes closed. Perfect!!

On Time - Excellent communication before pickup

Helpful sympathetic staff, easy and comfortable travel. Only problem in the Atlanta airport was for me, as a first-time user, to find the GO Airport shuttle. I was told, erroneously, by one of the staff outside that there was no shuttle that went to Athens Georgia. I finally went back inside and used the internet to find what was really true. Better signage would be helpful.

The driver alerted us when traffic was causing a delay, was courteous, friendly, and a great companion for a long trip to the airport.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED! GoLink and GoWithUs Transportation are completely unreliable. Despite booking months in advance, receiving multiple email/text confirmations, and speaking directly with representatives who assured me everything was confirmed, they canceled just 12 hours before pickup — leaving my entire family and our luggage stranded. This is unacceptable. Do not trust your travel plans or your family’s safety with these companies. They will screw you over without warning. Avoid at all costs.
