Driver was on time and was very patient with the traffic at the Miami Cruise Port which was just awful. In the end we made it safely!

Overall, my experience with GO Airport Shuttle was decent. The driver was polite and the ride itself was comfortable. Booking was straightforward, and the confirmation details were clear, which I appreciated. That said, pickup ran a bit later than scheduled, which added some stress since I was heading to the airport. It wasn’t a major issue, but timing is important when traveling. I’d consider using them again, just with a little extra buffer time.

Efficient service with good communication.

We booked a private van for 6 people plus luggage from the Port of Miami to Miami Airport. Driver sent a text with instructions and communications were clear and concise. We ended getting off the ship earlier than anticipated but this wasn’t an issue since the driver was already in the area. We walked out of the terminal and straight to the waiting van. Driver was very courteous and helpful. Couldn’t have gone smoother, we’ll definitely use this service again when flying/cruising from Miami

Our driver, Zak, was in constant contact, via text messages, with us during our flight from Texas to Florida! Our flight had delays but he followed us all the way to baggage claim where he greeted us with much kindness. Our arrival was after midnight and his concern for our safety with hotel checkin and our room met our satisfaction before he left us was "beyond the call of duty". We will definitely use their services on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale! Hopefully, Zac will be our driver because we will ask for him specifically! He is an honorable man and represents the company very well. We're 100% pleased with that.

Communication was better than expected. Only thing I would recommend would be more details inspections of working seat belts and vehicle maintenance.
