The service was fine. Users just need to understand this not getting you a passport or renewing your passport. It's simply filling in the form for you to prepare for the government. You still have to pay the government fee for your passport. It looks very official and has selections as if you're doing this through the government. It's very misleading IMO. So essentially you're paying $150 for something that you could do for free on the government website. I was not happy when I finally figured that out. So not a scam but very very misleading! Update: the provider is correct, they reached out. I did respond and I was offered a partial refund because of my dissatisfaction. I did appreciate that. I never did use the files provided by the service. There was no need once I found the correct government sponsored website to complete the passport application. The correct government website has a giant yellow banner on the home screen advising users to beware of websites that look similar or pose as a passport application processor. Once complete I had my passport in less than a week.

Thank you for your feedback. Our team previously reached out to address any concerns and provide additional assistance, but we have not yet received a response. We understand that customers have different options when applying for a passport. Our goal is to provide a convenient service for those who prefer assistance with the application process, appointment preparation, and related requirements and documents. For clarification, our company operates as an independent third party document preparation service and is not affiliated with any government agency. This information is disclosed throughout the ordering process before purchase. Our service fee covers guided application support, document preparation, document review, and detailed filing instructions. Government passport fees are separate and are paid directly to the issuing agency. We remain available if you would still like support regarding your order.

It was quick and easy to fill out the application and all instructions were very thorough. I liked that the mailing label was included. All I have to do is get to a USPS box. And the fact I can track it is great.
