It was not clear to me that this was not actually submitting my application. It’s just a form assistance. It wasn’t clear until I had already paid. I’ve also realized that extra personal information was asked for that didn’t need to be. What are they going to do with my personal data and what did I actually pay for?

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team previously reached out to address your concerns and provide additional assistance as well as confirm the data deletion request. We remain available if you would still like support regarding your order. For clarity, our company is a third party application assistance service and is not affiliated with the U.S. government and we do not claim to submit applications. Our fees are for guided document preparation, application review, and step by step filing support. Government renewal fees are separate and paid directly to the issuing agency. These details are disclosed throughout the website prior to checkout. While some customers choose to complete the process independently, others prefer additional guidance and support throughout the application process. Protecting our customers’ personal information is something we take very seriously. Information submitted through our service is handled in accordance with our privacy and security practices and is used only as necessary to provide the requested service. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our services.

We continue to be extremely pleased with a level of service we receive whenever we need to reach out for assistance. We recently needed to change our appointment and they reached out to us before we could reach out to them. They are on top of things and spot on. They seamlessly changed our appointment and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I do NOT recommend the use of this service. This company is obscuring the fact that they charge you $130 to just fill in a form and print. You then have to pay another $100 to the State Dept for your actual passport fees. Website is designed to look like a gov website. Their disclaimer is conveniently at the bottom of the first page in small print. When I spoke to the official at the passport office they agreed that this was a website / service designed deliberately to mislead - including the use of the word "gov" in their title. They recommended interacting directly with the State Dept website only. Please read all the negative reviews on this company on BBB and avoid getting charged exorbitant fees for essentially worthless services.
