This experience made my entire day better. Paige was beyond helpful. She made my appointment for Global Entry. Her patience surpassed any expectations that I could have imagined. She walked me through everything. I felt like it was 1975 again when customer service was real. Paige was pleasant, kind and competent. She thought of everything I might need to do. Be extremely cautious with this site. The layout and checkout workflow are designed in a way that leads you to believe you are on an official government portal paying your actual passport renewal fees. They charged me$175 but not a single penny of that goes toward your government fees. You’re literally just paying them a huge mark-up to fill out standard PDF forms,the exact same forms you can get on the official government website for free. After you pay them, you still have to turn around and write an actual paper check to the "U.S. Department of State" to mail in with your packet. It's totally redundant. Don't fall for it like I did. Skip this site completely and just go straight to travel.state.gov to do it yourself for free.

Our service fee covers guided application support, document preparation, document review, and detailed filing instructions. Government passport fees are separate and are paid directly to the issuing agency. We remain available if you would still like support regarding your order.

This site makes itself look like the official passport application site. It even popped up first in a Google search for "passport application." It charges you approximately what the passport fees would be.... but it's only a VERY EXPENSIVE fillable PDF. You must then pay the actual fees for your passport. My son's passport is now going to cost us nearly $340. TOTAL SCAM. And the cherry on top is that they now have all my son's personal info, including SSN.
