I was skeptical, indeed worried that I was sending off my old passport and a check and it would be lost and then I'd have nothing and have to start all over. Lottie, at the Clayton, MO P.O. helped me. I'd filled out the application online. I put everything in the priority envelope she suggested. Within 3 weeks I had my new passport. The following week my old passport was returned. Well done.

They were wonderful and easy to work with. I knew every step of the process where my passport was and eta . I had a question sent a message and received an answer with a few hours. Staff were friendly and helpful
