This site was extremely misleading
This site was extremely misleading. Although they state they are not affiliated with the U.S. Government it is in very small print not presented anywhere where you fill out information. They also state that they disclose it again near the check out page. Upon filling out the form I immediately realized it was a third party company and tried to correct this. In which they responded that they would offer a 25% return. This is such a simple process to complete by yourself through the actual U.S. Gov't site. I would recommend everyone to go that route and verify it is infact NOT a third party.
