Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you found our step by step instructions and online forms helpful. As you noted, passport applications do require certain documents, including the completed forms, photo, and applicable payment, to be submitted through the required mailing process. We appreciate you sharing your experience and helping set clear expectations for others.

Brian, we’ve reviewed your case and can confirm that a refund has already been issued. For clarity, our service is a third-party application assistance platform and is not affiliated with the government. This is disclosed throughout the website prior to checkout. We do not claim to issue passports. While some customers choose to complete the process on their own, others prefer added guidance and support to ensure everything is completed correctly. Our role is to provide guided assistance, document preparation, and step-by-step instructions to help ensure applications are completed correctly when followed. We instruct that Government fees are separate and paid directly to the issuing agency. If you have any remaining questions or need further assistance, our team is available to help.
