GourmetGiftBaskets.comReviews of gourmetgiftbaskets.com

After a very disappointing experience with another gift basket company, I tried GourmetGiftBaskets.com They became My go to Gift baskets. I have sent over 20 baskets. I love the enthusiastic feedback I receive. The highest compliment is that recipients send me Gourmetgiftbaskets.com back. I am addicted to their bakery! I even asked they open a retail store. The bakery is fresh, and preservative feed. The fruit is always top quality . The presentation is beautiful. I use the wooden trays for paper . They look great on my counter and my desk. I recycle the boxes for gifting.

Have been a customer of Gourmet Gift Baskets for years. Never shop anywhere else for either business gifts or personal treasured boxes. Recently my little sister exclaimed at how "awesome" the gift I sent was. My business clients have often asked where did I find such special gifts. I have never gone without a big "thank you" from clients, which is rare when they get so many gift boxes. For holidays, I have provided long lists of recipients to Gourmet Gift Baskets and there has never been a misstep! That is saying a lot as I have very high standards. The value from this company has always been the highest. I appreciate never having to be concerned when sending something special to someone I care about at any time. Can't give a higher review...ever!

Terribile customer service and refusal to help with a valid cancelation on an order exceeding $700 will never sue them again

Customer service was amazing!!!! They follow up on my order, I had told them the basket got delivered to a neighbor that went away for two weeks. They offered replacement even though my virtual assiatant put in the wrong street number. What a world class company!, this is exactly why I always choose them.

I did not eat any of them, but my recipient appreciated the gaster and loved them.

All my baskets were delivered on time and they enjoyed them tremendously.

I needed some last minute gifts, Gourmet Gift Baskets had a great variety of gifts at a price I could afford.

My Mom loved her Mother's Day gift basket! She is always delighted with the gift baskets she receives from GourmetGiftBaskets, com!
