Solid company with fast shipping and good prices. These guys are a small business that does good work and deserve to have your support. I love my Pilot and Sailor pens from them!

I have purchased quite a few items from Goulet over the past 4 years. Since then, I have never been disappointed. They clearly care about the pens that they send. They also send a sticker and a hand-signed note from a QC officer. In addition, they minimize the amount of plastic that they use in their packing. They're not big on their own, but they really add to an experience that is nothing short of joyful.

Had ordered from Goulet Pens a few years ago and everything went well back then, just tried to order a Pilot Metropolitan and a bottle of Noodlers ink a few days ago and the order was cancelled on their end for absolutely no reason. When I contacted them about this they said it's probably a glitch in their system and I'd have to use a new address to make the order. Honestly am extremely disappointed in the experience, I don't understand how changing my address would help with the glitch, something is very fishy here. I've been hearing many good things about Goulet Pens but this recent experience is extremely disappointing, I wasn't even able to place an order, it's like they don't want to do business with me. I don't normally write poor reviews but given the good reputation Goulet Pens has among the Fountain Pen community this glitch where I can't even place an order properly is very disappointing.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE! Their shopping cart is not secure, which is how I discovered the scam artist Goulet Pens customer service. Avoid Goulet Pens.

We've been purchasing from Goulet Pens for several years now, and have spent hundreds of dollars. I recently purchased defective ink that would clog any pen I put it in. I explained I've used this ink before, and it would work in none of my pens. They simply responded they could not take the ink back and that I needed to shake it better. Never will I purchase from them again.

I never cease to be amazed at this company. Great selection, friendly staff and they go above and beyond with customer service and making sure the order is right. I do miss the hand written thank you notes that used to come with every order, but at least we still get tootsie roll pops. Definitely customer focused and engaged with their customers.

I have made many orders and spent quite a bit of money at Goulet Pens, and I am a very satisfied customer. My orders are consistently shipped quickly, accurately, and safely (items are always secured, and I have experienced no breaks or leaks). I had one issue with a pen I ordered a while back (there seemed to be a defect with the cap of the pen, so every time I screwed the cap on, it would cause a misalign with the nib and feed). Customer service initially tried to help me correct the issue, but when it was clear that it was not something I could fix, they issued me a prompt refund. Goulet Pens has great service and I will continue to order from them frequently!
