You are a valued service that is consistent.
Thank god there is a way to stream while over seas and not be subject to local restrictions.

I would really recommend GoTrusted to those who look for private secured browsing on line. Their service really meet expectation and will not let you down at times you need it.

Facil instalacion y uso
Llevo utilizando esta aplicacion durante cinco meses en los paises de Asia, y hasta hora funciona bien. Tiene problemas para conectar algunas veces, sobre todo si el wifi no es potente,

good idea..
program is still damp. the service itself can not estimate because idoes not use the other. under conditions of poor internet tunnel does not work.

It was good but not fully satisfied
I tried this service for about 9 months. Initially the performance was very good but for the last 3-4 months, its performance gone down and faced automatic disconnections and speed issues. I have 5mb speed broadband connection and it is single used by me only. after connecting to your server the speed comes down to less than one mb. some time goes more even. speed ranged between 0.75 mb to 1.2 mb or 1.5mb. it was very difficult for me to use Skype or any other video conferencing media. I informed to your customer care also but did not find any change or support, so I thought to try some other VPN. Thanks and best regards.

Thank you for the feedback. The slow speed is not normal, as GoTrusted should be 'at least' as fast as any other VPN service since we maintain a high-speed network at major Internet nodes globally for just this reason. The slow speed can be caused by a number of factors, including software on the computer itself interfering with the GoTrusted software (sometimes an antivirus update), or using a GoTrusted server very far from your home location - at GoTrusted support we attempt to address these issues, or give alternate settings connect to the GoTrusted network. If you use GoTrusted again in the future and we are unsuccessful in getting an issue fixed for you with normal troubleshooting, please let us know at customercare [@] gotrusted.com.

Good service, but slow to connect
GoTrusted provided a good service for me while I traveled around China. However, the service was slow to connect and required a faster internet connection than was typically available. It also disconnected easily and frequently. Certain websites were blocked due to inappropriate use of GoTrusted by other users. My travelling companion was tunnelling to her home router, which was much more reliable and faster to connect.

We appreciate your feedback. We always strive for a streamlined user experience, and a reliable connection, regardless of your Internet connection quality or where you are connecting on the globe. We did experience issues caused by recent Internet filtering attempts in several China cities, disconnects and slow connects being one of them. We have implemented changes in the the current GoTrusted software version and network to address these - it is usually a bit of a cat and mouse game to make sure the customer experience is always good in China. If you travel back to China and experience any of these issues, don't be shy about letting our support know, we want every opportunity to fix this for you.

Good, but please fix auto-payment problem.
Generally happy with your product/service. For some reason my account gets deactivated every month possibly from failure to automatically charge my credit card, so I have to manually enter the credit card details every time. If you can figure out what the problems is and charge me automatically, it will save me a lot of trouble. Thanks.

Thank you for the feedback! This issue usually occurs because the credit card issuer declines the recurring transaction without the card CCV (3 digit code). Since merchants like GoTrusted are not supposed to store the CCV after the initial entry by yourself on the website, we send something called a 'Recurring Transaction' flag for follow-on months to indicate that it is a subscription payment and the CCV is not available. Some banks, typically smaller/newer/prepaid, don't always read this flag properly or allow it. Two options to fix the issue are to use another credit card OR reactivate your account with PayPal - you can quickly make a PayPal account for this if you don't have one already.
