I was in China and needing a quick resolution to connecting with my home network in Australia, It's not that easy though if you've been there recently. I didn't manage to make the connection but, it was in no way the fault of GoTrusted. I'm adding my review because I was astounded & pleased by the service and ease of setup of this product. It goes with my endorsement as a great all rounder answer to the VPN problem.

This was the first time ever using this. I spent a week in China and could not log in to my gmail so needed this. I plan to be back in 3 months. I would use it again, but will not need during the 3 months I am not there so I stopped subscription. The log in process was sometimes upto 1 minute long. This seemed a bit long to me. Thanks, Felipe

Thank you for your feedback. The slow login is not typical for our service. It was likely caused by the client taking a moment to look get the best possible connection. Don't hesitate to contact our support if you experience the issue again. They can troubleshoot the issue with a few simple steps to improve the time it takes to connect.

The service I received in China with you VPN service was horrible. I sent multiple emails to tech support, which were all answered promptly, but none of their solutions worked. I could never get a connection for longer than 3 minutes. I found another VPN service that seems to work much better. Your service was a total was of 4 months of charges.

As China blocked a lot of overseas news and information, in order to receive them, we have to "climb over the wall" (Chinese speaking of getting outside information using different internet).

one of the best VPN services I've used in China
