Constantly drops the tunnel
Constantly drops the tunnel. App even when updated will close the tunnel minutes into a streamed show or movie, over and over. I will be trying a different service.

Our VPN app cannot close the connection unless you specifically tell it to by hitting Disconnect. Only a problem with the underlying Internet will cause a miscommunication of the VPN service which then fails and then reports as disconnected. We don't see any requests for Support from you so we were unable to make recommendations that might've remedied the situation.

Unable to connect to the VPN
Unable to connect to the VPN Password problem and message "unable to connect" I used GT years ago without any problem so I was surprised by the problems

Didn't work well
Didn't work well. Charges continued after cancellation, but GoTrusted did resolve this issue and quickly issued a refund.

HORRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION/SUPPORT
When you call, a recording says that no one is available to take your call. Emails say that they will try to get back to you in 24. Hell, I now get better Support from my Cable Company. Reread that and let it sink in!!! PS: Otherwise, it is a Good Product ("Aside from that Mrs Lincoln, how was the Play?")

Poor performance in China
I live in China and the VPN was constantly down. I assume it works great in other regions.
